Integration work is dependent on the capabilities, documentation, access, permissions, APIs, and technical limitations of the third-party systems involved.
Revenue Infrastructure Build
We build the underlying systems and infrastructure that support revenue operations. This service focuses on the foundation of a revenue system rather than individual campaigns.
Depending on the agreed scope, this may include:
- CRM setup and configuration
- Pipeline design
- Lifecycle stage configuration
- Data architecture
- Revenue reporting
- RevOps foundations
- System organisation and process design
The specific configuration and deliverables will be defined in the applicable project scope or statement of work.
Scope of Services
The specific services, deliverables, timelines, platforms, and implementation requirements for each engagement will be defined in the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work, or service agreement.
Where a specific deliverable is not expressly included in the agreed scope, it should not be assumed to form part of the service.
Additional work or requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or agreement.
Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver the services effectively, clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, access, approvals, and resources reasonably required for the project.
This may include:
- Access to relevant software and platforms
- API credentials or integration permissions where required
- Business, customer, or operational data
- Brand and communication guidelines
- Required content and documentation
- Timely feedback and approvals
- A designated point of contact for project decisions
Delays in providing required access, information, or approvals may affect project timelines.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may rely on third-party software, APIs, AI models, communication platforms, CRM systems, and other external services.
These platforms are subject to their own terms, policies, pricing, availability, and technical limitations.
Innovva Tech is not responsible for changes, interruptions, limitations, pricing changes, account restrictions, or outages caused by third-party providers.
Where a third-party subscription or account is required, the client may be responsible for maintaining the relevant account and associated costs unless otherwise agreed.
Automation and AI Limitations
Automation and AI systems are designed to perform according to the workflows, rules, data, and instructions provided during implementation.
However, automated systems may not always produce perfect results or behave as expected in every situation.
AI-generated or automated outputs may require human review, particularly where decisions, communications, or actions could materially affect customers, prospects, employees, or business operations.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving the intended use of automated systems within their business.
Data and System Access
Where our services require access to client systems or data, such access will be used only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide access to any systems, data, or third-party platforms used in the project.
Any handling of personal or confidential information will be subject to the applicable agreements and privacy requirements.
